Ingredients
25ml Gin with a hint of Zesty
Raspberry Honey
15ml Cointreau
40ml Orange Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey Syrup
(1:1 honey and water)
1 tsp Marmalade (with peel)
Method
Shake over ice, strain and top with 35 ml Sparkling Wine.

10 mint leaves
Method
Shake with ice & fine strain into coupe glass.

Ingredients
100ml Fever Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale
100ml Apple Juice
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
Method
Heat up, then add
50ml Gin with a hint of Zesty Raspberry Honey

Mix honey lemon and gin in pint glass and stir until the honey is dissolved, add a scoop of ice and top with a refreshing pilsner style beer from Seeks Beer

Ingredients
45ml Gin with a hint of
Kaffir Lime & Orange
15ml Cointreau

1 egg white
(optional it gives more foam!)
Method
If using egg white, dry shake for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake for 10 more seconds, strain into a coupe glass

Shake over ice, strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice, then drizzle over 15ml of crème de mure.
